Working with the client to develop the initial project brief, our comprehensive understanding of construction matters then informs our translation of that brief to the formulation of sufficiently detailed Employer's Requirements. Subject to the scope of the client's needs, the works are then put to competitive tender in order to procure the best value tender offer for the sought works, based upon the tendering party's interpretation of the Employer's Requirements.  The design and building procurement route typically necessitates close and careful consideration of those tender offers obtained, inclusive of offer appraisal for client's review.
